SleepCoach.ai offers a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost.
If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Simply email us at sales@sleepcoach.ai with your account email and we will process the refund promptly.
We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals if you forgot to cancel. However, if you contact us within 48 hours of a renewal charge, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we do not offer partial refunds for unused months of an annual plan, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
